Acceptance

By using SIDECAR — the mobile app or this website, operated by SIDECAR Entertainment LLC — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity on your account. Don’t share your credentials, and don’t impersonate anyone else. You must be 13 or older to use SIDECAR.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (quips, brags, reactions, display names). By posting, you grant us a license to display that content to other members of your leagues. You’re responsible for your posts and confirm you have the right to share them.

Community standards and acceptable use

SIDECAR is a small-group space for friendly competition. No harassment, slurs, hate speech, targeted abuse, spam, or impersonation — including in display names and league names. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users.

Quips are screened by automated moderation before they appear. You can block and report other users in the app; blocks are immediate and reports go to our review queue. We review every report and may remove content, warn users, or remove users from the service. Don’t use the service to distribute malware, scrape data, or circumvent our access controls.

Game scores

SIDECAR is an unofficial companion for playing third-party daily games. We have no affiliation with those games or their publishers. Scores are calculated from the share text you provide and may differ from official results.

Reports and response time

We aim to respond to abuse reports within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email info@sidecar-creative-entertainment.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We’re not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
